Inventory Condition Codes
AR – As Removed -a unit that is not airworthy and in need of repair, inspection, or overhaul.
FR – Factory Re-Man unit.
N – New – A factory new unit.
NS – New Surplus – A part that may have exceeded its shelf life or is new without an 8130-3 form.
OH – Overhaul – A unit we typically have in stock in overhauled condition or that we can build.
OR/RQST – On Request – A unit we typically do not have in stock but we can overhaul ourselves or order from an outside vendor.
OVHL – A unit that we can provide an overhaul service on.
RD/RP – Repaired – a repaired unit.
SV – Serviceable – a reclaimed or recycled part that is still airworthy.
XR – Cross Reference – an alternate part number of a unit.

AD – Airworthiness Directive
AOG – Aircraft On Ground – A term used when an aircraft needs to be repaired very quickly in order to get back in the air!
BER – Beyond Economic Repair – The condition of a unit that would be better purchased new or exchanged for another unit rather than overhaul or repaired due to the unnecessarily high cost.
CSB – Critical Service Bulletin
DAR – Designated Airworthiness Representative
DME – Designated Manufacturing Engineer
FAR – Federal Aviation Regulations
FBP – Fuel Boost Pump
IRAN – Inspect and Repair As Necessary – Normally part of a squawk.

PMA – Parts Manufacturer Approved
RCCR – Reverse Current Cut-Out Relay
RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization

SL – Service Letter
