Air conditioning systems change the ambient air temperature or humidity level to make the inside of an aircraft more comfortable.

Aircraft Heating Systems

Aircraft combustion heaters, the safest type of cabin heater, use a spark plug to ignite a small amount of engine fuel. This creates a flame within the combustion tube. As the aircraft cabin ventilation passes over the combustion tube, this air is quickly heated and carried into the cabin. These heaters are usually equipped with a thermostat for cabin temperature control and several fail-safes to ensure proper operation at any speed, altitude, or outdoor temperature.

At Aircraft Accessories of Oklahoma, we carry a limited number of heater units for exchange, and we offer decay testing for aircraft heaters.

Aircraft Cooling Systems

We exchange and sell a variety of aircraft cabin accessories that are a part of the cooling system, including blowers for cabin ventilation, condenser cooling, A/C compressors, and heater combination. We keep aircraft air conditioning compressors and motors in stock, ready for exchange on the spot.
While we do not service full air conditioning systems, we will gladly recommend another service shop for those repairs.
