Any extra hardware, brackets, fittings, or similar items received that fall outside the scope of work completed by Aircraft Accessories of Oklahoma (AAO) (as listed on the 8130-3 form) are being returned "AS IS." AAO does not guarantee or imply these items are airworthy. Additionally, AAO is not liable for any such items that are lost or damaged. Customers are strongly encouraged to remove and keep these parts before sending units in for repair or overhaul. The installer is responsible for the application information on any part being installed.

If you are sending in a Propeller Governor, please clean up as much oil and you can before sending in. If possible, please double-bag or store in a leak-proof bag when packaging. This will help us reduce the lead time. Thank you for your help!
